'Serving saté dishes inspired on Asian streetfood'
Satay Antwerp's journey has been a long one. Chef Christophe spent many months traveling aroud South-East Asia. His curiosity in the local cuisine grew week after week as did his experience working in local restaurants.
Motivated to take the knowledge back home the concept 'Satay' was created. The dream became reality in a carpentry studio in Penang, Malaysia where the main wooden interior was crafted. Sketching, shaping, shipping followed by a happy reunion
Asian inspired dishes influenced by the famous streetfood scene, combined with flavours found closer to home is what makes it soya-mazing!
Our kitchen serves tasty marinated skewers alongside daily baked bread garnished with fresh salad.
A cosy urban place in the middle of Antwerp, ideal for a quick lunch or a funky dinner.
Every detail counts, from the self designed and handmade saté skewers to some authentic Malaysian decoration features.
Satay is a total concept where every aspect has been reviewed and refined to ensure the best quality food is served and the overall experience is unique.
